Who we are

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and password, which is stored hashed and which nobody here can read.
• What you create — the briefs you submit and the results the tools produce.
• Usage information — when you sign in, which tools you use, and how many credits you spend.
• Payment records — what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

Why we use it

We use your information to run your account, produce the results you ask for, take payment, keep the service secure, and answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use what you create to advertise to you.

AI providers

To produce a result, what you submit is sent to the AI provider powering that tool. Those providers process it on our behalf in order to return your output.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. What you create stays in your library until you delete it or close your account. Records of payments are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• take your data elsewhere.

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from your account settings. To exercise any other right, write to ctech20@gmail.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

Children

Bloxva Content Studio is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will let you know.
